Responsibilities
- Monitor building entrance, lobby, and parking areas
- Greet and direct visitors in both English and Spanish
- Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior premises
- Respond to incidents and write detailed security reports
- Coordinate with property management on safety protocols
Requirements
- Florida Class D Security License (required or in process)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — written and spoken
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
- Clean background check — will be processed at no cost
- Prior security or customer-facing experience a plus
