Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily shipments
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software
- Maintain clean and organized work area throughout shift
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput goals
- Report damaged goods and discrepancies to supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable standing for long periods on a warehouse floor
- Basic English or Spanish communication skills
- Reliable transportation to reach the Miami distribution center
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
