Warehouse Associate — Night Shift

Support packing and staging operations in a high-volume distribution environment with a stable team and consistent schedule.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily shipments
Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software
Maintain clean and organized work area throughout shift
Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput goals
Report damaged goods and discrepancies to supervisor
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Comfortable standing for long periods on a warehouse floor
Basic English or Spanish communication skills
Reliable transportation to reach the Miami distribution center
Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
