Role overview
The Warehouse Floor Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by preparing orders, building and organizing pallets, and ensuring products are properly handled and ready for shipment.
Responsibilities
Pick and prepare products according to customer orders.
Build, organize, and palletize merchandise.
Wrap and secure pallets for storage or shipment.
Sort and organize products in designated warehouse areas.
Verify quantities and accuracy of prepared orders.
Assist with loading and unloading merchandise when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving merchandise.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but may not be required.
Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
